In writing this blog I will occasionally review various books, products, shoes, and other pieces of running gear. Because of that, the FCC requires that I disclose to readers the nature of my blog advertising and my relationship with the manufacturer or seller of any product that I review or endorse on this blog. My policies for reviews and endorsements are as follows:

3. I do accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation, such as Google Ad Sense, on my blog. Clicking Amazon.com and Google Ad Sense links in my blog for the various products and buying through them earns me a small commission, as does clicking on the other ads in the site and visiting those advertisers' sites. Earnings made via these sources are minimal, but they help me to justify the considerable time and effort that I put into writing this blog, and your support is much appreciated!
